Are you an experienced and ambitious Production Supervisor from a food or FMCG background looking to work for a global business where you will lead the production for a rapidly growing business?

On offer is a role as the Senior Production Supervisor in a Food Manufacturing environment where you'll be responsible for optimising the production footprint and driving initiatives to improve the company's efficiency and growth.

As an experienced Production professional, you will be an excellent manager and leader in the business. The role has become available due to an internal promotion within the business, and the company is offering exciting opportunities for advancement.

The role:

• Lead production materials planning to ensure raw materials are available on time
• Place and manage orders with suppliers, balancing cost, lead times, and demand
• Translate sales demand into production schedules across all shifts
• Balance capacity, labour, and raw materials to meet daily/weekly targets
• Lead, coach, and develop Shift Supervisors and their teams
• Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and manage succession planning

The person:

• Proven experience in food manufacturing production management highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, food safety, and H&S compliance
