Producation Supervisor 

📍 Consett | Manufacturing Environment

We are currently recruiting for a Producation Supervisor  to join our manufacturing team at our Consett site. 

💷 £24.63 per hour

Working Hours:  Monday - Thursday 7.30am-16.00pm / Friday 7.30am-12.30pm

Purpose of role and accountabilities:

Core skills/attributes needed:

  • Extensive knowledge of production processes, preferably within the aerospace or automotive industry
  • Positive flexible attitude, able to form and maintain good relationships at all business levels
  • First class leadership and motivational skills, people development.
  • Commitment to continual improvement in manufacturing, quality, health, safety and environmental management
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and other modern manufacturing methods.
  • Educated or willing to work towards a level 3/5 management qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to use Microsoft office, excel, word, power point, email and other business tools
  • Able to lead and control projects, and tasks from planning to finish with presentation and analytical skills to completion.

NOTE: Due to the nature of this role and the security requirements linked to projects with the UK Ministry of Defence, applicants must be eligible for UK Security Clearance.
