07:45am - 17:00pm | Monday to Friday

  • Overtime available at an enhanced rate
  • Happy to train where required


Our client works in the food / FMCG sector, and are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team and ensure KPI's are met consistently. This role requires strong man-management skills, the ability to spot areas of improvement, and previous experience in a food / beverage environment.


Roles/Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a small team production operatives to achieve daily targets
  • Ensure production lines are fully prepared with materials, equipment and staffing requirements
  • Drive productivity, quality and efficiency across the production operation
  • Support machine set-up, changeovers and first-line fault finding to minimise downtime
  • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and BRCGS standards
  • Identify process improvements, reduce waste and deliver continuous performance gains

About You

  • Previous team leadership experience within food or drink manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Food Safety and quality standards
  • Hands-on approach with a strong shop floor presence
  • Experience working in fast-paced production environments
  • Confident driving performance, quality and team engagement
