Your responsibilities as Production Supervisor
  • Lead teams to achieve performance, productivity and efficiency targets
  • Monitor quality, waste and operational performance while ensuring food safety, GMP and Health & Safety procedures are followed
  • Manage production schedules and changeovers to keep operations running effectively
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions
  • Deliver team briefings and support training, development and performance management
  • Take ownership of stock control, material usage and production processes
What we’re looking for in a Production Supervisor
  • Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing or food production environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching and developing teams
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety, quality and operational standards
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage demanding targets within a fast-paced environment
