Production Supervisor – BD4 - Temp to Perm
Are you an experienced Production Supervisor who enjoys being hands-on and leading a team? We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join a busy operation in the BD4 area, with the opportunity to move from temporary to permanent for the right person.
The Role
- Lead and supervise a team of 6 production operatives
- Be hands-on and actively involved in the production process
- Allocate workloads and ensure production targets are achieved
- Monitor quality, productivity and health & safety standards
- Support, motivate and develop your team
- Identify and resolve production issues quickly
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment
About You
- Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role
- Confident leading a small team
- Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong focus on quality, safety and productivity
Pay: £16 per hour
Location: BD4
Contract: Temp to Perm
