Production Team Leader in Worksop, Nottinghamshire

Elevation Recruitment Group is recruiting a Production Team Leader for an established manufacturer supplying products to a broad range of industries. This is an opportunity for a confident people leader to take ownership of day-to-day production, develop their team and drive improvements in safety, quality and performance.

An assembly background would be beneficial, but your ability to motivate people, set clear expectations and tackle challenges is what matters most.

Salary: £35,000
Working hours: Monday – Friday rotating shifts days/nights/afters

Key Responsibilities of the Production Team Leader include:

• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve daily targets
• Allocate workloads and monitor progress against production plans
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality and housekeeping
• Coach team members, identify training needs and support their development
• Resolve day-to-day production issues and communicate priorities clearly
• Identify practical improvements to productivity, quality and ways of working

We’re keen to speak with Production Team Leaders with the below skills & experience:

• Experienced Team Leaders or Supervisors from a manufacturing or production environment
• Confident people leaders who can build relationships and manage performance
• Strong communicators with a practical approach to problem-solving
• Candidates who can balance production targets with quality and safety
• Those with assembly experience, although other manufacturing backgrounds will also be considered
