Production Team Leader

Salary: £38,000
Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 12:00pm finish on Friday
Excellent benefits including a 10% pension

Are you an experienced Production Team Leader or an ambitious production professional ready to step into a leadership role? Our client is looking for a motivated and hands-on leader to join their growing manufacturing team within a well-established global organisation.

As a Production Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of around 40 production operatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working closely alongside another Team Leader and reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you'll play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and developing your team.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (fabrication experience would be an advantage)

• Existing experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or someone with the ambition and capability to step into a leadership position

• A practical background in engineering, fabrication, sheet metal, or a similar technical trade would be beneficial

• A positive leader who enjoys motivating, coaching, and developing people

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and leads by example
