Production Team Leader

For the successful Production Team Leader our client is offering:

• Competitive starting salary of £29,884 + 17% shift allowance = £34,964.28
• Double Days based position rotating weekly - 6am-2pm with a 1pm finish on Fridays & 2pm-10pm and 1pm-8pm on Fridays

The Role - Production Team Leader:

• Responsible for your assigned area, staff and equipment within a very busy Global Manufacturer
• Taking responsibility for daily production issues in order to ensure the highest quality at the lowest cost
• Aiming to achieve daily production targets
• Responsible for setting the line up prior to shift
• Ensuring shift reports are distributed daily
• Developing a culture of continuous improvement for quality & service
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and house keeping
• Driving and achieving daily production plans
• Carrying out weekly PI and stock control

What our client is looking for in a Production Team Leader:

• Proven Team Leader/Supervisory experience within a FMCG environment - ESSENTIAL
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• Ability to solve any issues that may arise
• Experience with Leading & Managing a team
