Production Team Leader

Location: Holbeach

Shift Pattern: 6:30am–6:30pm (or operational equivalent)

Hours: 12-hour shifts with a 45-minute unpaid break and a 15-minute paid break

Rota: 2-week rolling pattern

About the Role

We are seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operation of a designated production line. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 8 employees, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational requirements are met in a safe and efficient manner.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while supporting team performance and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of production operatives.
• Monitor production performance to ensure targets and customer requirements are achieved.
• Manage labour, materials, and equipment effectively throughout the shift.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, housekeeping, and food safety.
• Ensure production documentation and records are completed accurately.
• Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture and ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Escalate operational, quality, and people-related issues when appropriate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

About You

• Experience within a manufacturing, production, food production, or fresh produce environment.
