Teamwork Partnership is recruiting for a Manufacturing Team Leader on behalf of their Client based in Carlton in Lindrick.
The Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead and support production teams, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, safety standards and KPI targets are achieved.
You will play a key role in supervising personnel, monitoring production equipment, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and deputising for the Production Supervisor when required.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership
- Supervise and support production personnel
- Lead by example and maintain high performance standards
- Assist with training and development of team members
- Deputise for the Production Supervisor when required
Production Operations
- Monitor and operate manufacturing equipment
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
- Carry out first-line fault finding and minor machine adjustments
- Support post-production inspection and packing activities
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Deliver shift objectives and departmental KPIs
- Update production records and KPI boards
- Support data collection and reporting activities
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
Health, Safety & Quality
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safe systems of work
- Promote a "right first time" culture
- Support quality, environmental and safety initiatives across the department
What We're Looking ForEssential
✔ Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience
✔ 2–3 years' experience within manufacturing or production
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ High attention to detail
✔ IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
✔ Ability to motivate and develop others

The Days and Hours of work: Monday to Friday rotational shifts 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm with flexibility to cover holiday leave on a night shift when required. ( nights are 10% premium rate )
