Production Technician

Joining a growing manufacturing team, the Production Technician will support the assembly of high-performance electronic products used across advanced engineering sectors. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, consistency and a strong focus on quality while working with sensitive components in a controlled production environment.

The Production Technician will be responsible for:

• Assembling precision electronic and mechanical components in line with work instructions and engineering specifications.
• Completing assembly operations accurately and consistently to defined quality standards.
• Following operator instructions and standard operating procedures at all times.
• Rotating between multiple production workstations to support manufacturing requirements.
• Working safely within Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) controlled environments.
• Carrying out visual inspections and reporting defects or non-conformances were identified.

The Production Technician will have:

• Previous experience within a precision assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to handle small, delicate components.
• Proven ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
• Awareness of ESD risks and safe handling practices.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
