What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating machinery and equipment on the production line
- Assembling vehicle components with accuracy and care
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure every product meets high standards
- Working as part of a supportive, energetic team
- Keeping your work area safe, clean, and efficient
Shift Pattern (Recurring 2‑Week Rota)
- Week 1: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00
- Week 2: Monday–Thursday, 14:00–00:00
This rotating schedule gives you long weekends every other week perfect for recharging or making the most of your free time.
What You Need To Be Successful
- A positive, can‑do attitude
- Reliability and good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑moving production environment
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not essential as full training provided
