Production & Warehouse Operatives - Royal Mint

Stafforce are currently recruiting Temporary Production & Warehouse Operatives to work at The Royal Mint in Llantrisant.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-renowned organisation and gain valuable experience within a highly secure, technically advanced manufacturing environment.

Contract Duration:
Mid-September 2026 to April 2027

Pay & Shifts
£12.71 per hour

Current Shift Pattern:

• 
  Day Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm

During peak production periods, shifts are expected to move to:

• 
  Days: 6:00am to 2:00pm

• 
  Afternoons: 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Additional Benefits:

• 
  16% shift allowance when working rotating Days and Afternoons

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Wrapping and packing bespoke products to the highest standards

• 
  Ensuring the correct storage, labelling, segregation, and safe handling of materials

• 
  Transporting goods throughout different areas of the factory

• 
  Preparing products for dispatch and completing associated paperwork

• 
  Maintaining quality standards and achieving production targets

Skills & Experience Required

• 
  Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment

• 
  Evidence of working shifts is desirable

• 
  Good numeracy, literacy, dexterity, and basic IT skills

• 
  Flexibility to work different shifts when required

• 
  Must be aged 18 or over

• 
  Must be able to successfully pass a DBS check
