Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Programme Test Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in executing large-scale system integration projects within the smart metering realm. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive background to lead a team of over 30 offshore resources, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of smart metering programmes or comprehensive test initiatives.
- Manage large-scale system integration efforts, integrating all components within the broader system architecture.
- Direct and coordinate a diverse team of more than 30 offshore resources to achieve project milestones.
- Develop strategic plans aligning with both organisational goals and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions proactively.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in smart metering projects.
- Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale system integration projects.
- Successful track record of leading a team of 30+ offshore resources.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
