As a Progress Chaser, you will work as an integral part of the sales team at Audi Lincoln. You will be responsible for managing our vehicles through the preparation process, ensuring that all are prepared to manufacturer expectations, and that all new and used car retail stock are photographed efficiently and to a high standard. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who can demonstrate a strong work ethic the highest regard for quality and customer care!
Your day to day as a progress chaser will include:
- Ensure delivery times are met as detailed on the daily delivery sheets and ensure all valeting and additional work requirements are completed prior to delivery.
- Reviewing deliveries throughout the day and liaise with Sales and Aftersales to resolve any issues.
- Ensuring all vehicles are delivered in the standard expected by the customer.
- Coordinating the completion of all work required on a vehicle.
- Ensure cars are prepared as per the recommended service interval and in the most cost-effective way, assisting with the collection and delivery of customer vehicles as required.

What we are looking for in a progress chaser:
- Exceptional organisational skills and prioritisation skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- Previous experience of working within a motor retail dealership within the Sales or Service departments is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Capable of conversing with others pleasantly, clearly and effectively.
- A driving license free from excessive penalties.
