Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team in Dublin. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a background in administration who enjoys working within a multidisciplinary environment. You will support essential project activities, ensuring accurate documentation and effective coordination.
Location and Working Pattern
Dublin, Ireland. Up to two days a week on-site, driven by client needs and subject to change.

Responsibilities
- Support the Commission Manager and Core Team in delivering services.
- Provide project administration and general support across the team.
- Maintain and manage documentation, registers, and reporting requirements.
- Oversee information management and assist with audits and inspections.
- Coordinate activities linked to NEC4 and PPP contracts.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Track compliance and contribute to monitoring activities.
Must-have Requirements
- At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in administration or a related field.
- A minimum Level 6 qualification recognised by the National Framework of Qualifications or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
