Our client, a nationally recognised and award-winning Architectural Practice, is seeking a talented Project Architect to join their expanding Leeds city centre studio. With successful offices across the UK and a reputation for delivering innovative, sustainable, and technically excellent projects, this is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

The practice boasts a diverse portfolio spanning multiple sectors and is particularly renowned for its work within the Education, Healthcare, Industrial, and Ministry of Defence sectors. Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of new commissions, particularly across the Defence and Education sectors, the Leeds team is entering an exciting period of growth and is looking to welcome a motivated Architect to help drive projects forward.

The Role

As a Project Architect, you'll take ownership of projects from concept design through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. You'll play a key role within a supportive and collaborative team environment, contributing both creatively and technically across a range of exciting projects.

What our client are looking for 

• RIBA Part III qualified Architect (or equivalent) with approximately 3-5 years' post-qualification experience.

• Experience delivering medium-scale projects within sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Defence, or similar.

• Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning legislation, construction detailing, and building systems.

• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, and 3D modelling software, with BIM experience viewed favourably.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage workload independently whilst thriving within a collaborative team environment.

• Passion for architecture, design excellence, and professional development.
