Project Coordinator
Location: Robertsbridge, East Sussex. Driver required due to location.
Contract Type: Permanent - Office Based - 8am-5pm - Monday - Friday
Salary: £32-35K + Company Bonus and excellent benefits!

In this exciting role, within a modern open plan working space you will play a vital part in the successful delivery of projects/jobs across the UK. You'll be the linchpin, ensuring everything runs smoothly from project mobilisation through to completion. Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Manage multiple live projects simultaneously with finesse.
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively highlight potential delays or risks.
- Support Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
Planning & Scheduling:
- Produce and maintain project timelines that keep everyone on track.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and site resources effectively.
- Schedule site visits, surveys, deliveries, and installation dates seamlessly.
- Liaise with clients and site contacts to confirm access requirements and programme dates.
Contractor Management:
- Ensure subcontractor availability and attendance are coordinated.
- Keep all contractor documentation current and compliant, including RAMS, insurance certificates, and training records.
- Monitor contractor compliance throughout project delivery.
- Issue work packs and project information to contractors before mobilisation.
Procurement & Materials:
- Oversee procurement of project materials and equipment.
- Raise purchase orders and track supplier deliveries diligently.
- Ensure materials arrive on site as per programme requirements, liaising with transport companies to book in jobs required.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery issues swiftly.
Administration:
- Maintain accurate project records and filing systems.
- Produce site packs and project documentation with precision.
- Record project costs and assist with budget tracking.
- Process invoices and supplier paperwork efficiently.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator/Project Administrator/Logistics or Construction Coordinator role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects at once.
- Excellent administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with contractors/suppliers, and clients.
- Good understanding of project delivery processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Desirable Experience:
- Background in construction/civil engineering/landscaping/manufacturing desirable.
- Familiarity with raising purchase orders and managing material schedules.
- Understanding of health and safety documentation.
