About the Role We are recruiting a Project Coordinator to join a growing and highly regarded organisation delivering bespoke projects for customers across the UK.
This is a varied role focused on coordinating projects from order through to completion. Acting as the central point of contact, you will ensure programmes stay on track, stakeholders remain informed, and key milestones are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
The position would suit an organised and proactive individual who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, building strong relationships, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination
- Support project handovers from sales and design teams.
- Establish project timelines and key delivery milestones.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Communicate programme updates and revised schedules where required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project.
- Provide regular updates and manage expectations around project timelines.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
- Build strong working relationships to ensure projects progress smoothly.
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to align activities with project timelines.
- Track key materials, services and third-party requirements.
- Coordinate deliveries, site activities and resource requirements.
- Ensure all relevant documentation and compliance information is received and distributed appropriately.
- Confirm readiness for project delivery and implementation.
- Coordinate with contractors and other parties involved in project execution.
- Communicate technical queries to the appropriate specialists and ensure responses are shared effectively.
- Ensure agreed changes are documented and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate completion activities and any follow-up actions required.
- Manage outstanding issues through to resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with customers during the final stages of the project.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring challenges and opportunities to enhance delivery.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Operations Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and project tracking or CRM systems.
- An understanding of project delivery within a customer-focused environment.
- Competitive salary of £33,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
