Our client is a growing HVAC and mechanical contractor looking to appoint a Project Co-Ordinator to support their busy projects team on a 3-month temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive business where you'll play a key role in ensuring projects run efficiently from start to finish.

The Role

As a Project Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the planning and scheduling of projects
• Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Supporting site mobilisation, documentation and compliance requirements
• Assisting with tracking project costs, invoicing and progress reports
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and the wider project team
• Providing administrative support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on programme

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Project Co-Ordinator or Administration role
• Experience within Construction, HVAC, M&E or Building Services is desirable
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail

The Package

The successful Project Co-Ordinator will receive:

• £17.50 per hour during the initial 3-month temporary period
• £36,000 basic salary upon successful completion of the temp-to-perm period
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (upon becoming permanent)
