Role Overview
Looking for a Project / Contracts Manager to join the team, managing the delivery of high-value luxury retail fit-outs.
This is a client-facing role suited to someone ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to develop within a high-end construction environment. You will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring exceptional standards are met throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 2 projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish
- Oversee luxury retail fit-out projects valued between £500,000 and £5m
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Track and manage project programmes using SharePoint and MS Project
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
- Report directly to the Contracts Director
- Experience in Project or Contracts management within fit-out (Luxury retail)
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using MS Project and/or SharePoint for programme tracking
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Keen, driven, and eager to grow within the business
- Professional and confident when dealing with high-end clients
- Strong organisational and time management skills
