Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (40 hours per week)

The Opportunity
We are working with an established organisation that is looking to appoint an organised and proactive M&E Project Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project coordination experience within Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Hard FM or a similar environment, who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will provide operational, technical and administrative support throughout the full project lifecycle, working closely with Contract Managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate M&E projects from initial planning through to completion and handover.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling and allocation of engineers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate labour, materials, site access, permits and project activities.
- Support site engineers with technical, operational and administrative requirements.
- Maintain project trackers, action logs, reports and progress updates.
- Monitor project progress, costs, variations and programme requirements.
- Assist with quotations, project planning, valuations and financial tracking.
- Prepare and maintain RAMS and support Health & Safety and CDM 2015 requirements.
- Coordinate compliance documentation from engineers and subcontractors.
- Source and procure M&E products and materials and obtain supplier quotations.
- Raise and manage purchase orders and coordinate material deliveries.
- Liaise confidently with clients, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation using CAFM/job management systems.
- Prepare project reports, O&M manuals and handover documentation.
- Assist with resolving issues that could impact project delivery.
We are looking for an organised and commercially aware individual with strong project coordination skills and excellent attention to detail.
You will ideally have:
- Experience coordinating projects, ideally within M&E, Construction, Hard FM or a similar environment.
- Good knowledge and understanding of building fabric.
- Experience using CAFM or job management systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- The ability to coordinate engineers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and delivering results.
