Project Coordinator

Our Client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a busy and varied team based in Swift Valley, Rugby. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple priorities and supporting projects through to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

• Building strong relationships with customers and dealing with queries, issues and complaints
• Supporting Account Managers with customer projects and ensuring they are progressing as planned
• Coordinating installations and go-lives with customers
• Maintaining project trackers, reports and relevant documentation
• Raising orders, tracking purchase orders and supporting with quotations and financials
• Collecting and analysing performance data

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Ideaslly 2 years previous experience in project coordination, account support or a similar role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and follow tasks through to completion
• Experience within a technical or manufacturing environment would be advantageous, as would experience working with large retail operators. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 would also be beneficial.
• Full training will be provided, no qualifications required

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week,

Salary: £31,827

Location: Swift Valley, Rugby, CV21. Access to your own vehicle is required as public transport links are limited.

Contract: Full Time, Temporary to permanent
