The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standard. 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for customers

• Maintain regular communication with customers and external contractors to keep projects on track.

• Coordinate customer orders, working closely with subcontractors, in-house production, and installation teams.

• Support Project Managers to ensure contracts are delivered efficiently and profitably.

• Process completed orders through the ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

• Maintain detailed activity logs, providing clear project updates for senior management.

• Review ongoing client services to ensure operational capability and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor ERP reports and KPIs to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

• Ensure all work complies with company operational procedures, including Health & Safety and ERP system requirements.

• Collaborate with fellow Project Coordinators to share knowledge and support project delivery.

• Assist Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Build positive working relationships across all departments to ensure seamless project execution.

• Carry out any additional duties as required by management.

Previous experience in project coordination, customer service, retail projects, construction, manufacturing, or a similar coordination role would be advantageous, although attitude and the willingness to learn are equally important.
