They will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of facility and maintenance works at a major hyperscalers campuses co-location sites across EMEA. Coordination of vendors and suppliers to ensure access to data centres with campus teams.

Client Details

Our client is a Global, well established and highly successful Supply Chain Consultancy who have build themselves a well deserved reputation for service delivery excellence within the Data Centre sector. They are now seeking to appoint a Project Coordinator forming part of their growth strategy in and around Europe.

Description

  • Coordinate property and construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage contract administration and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
  • Identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

Profile

A successful Project Coordinator should have:

  • Experience in project coordination within the property or construction industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of contract administration processes and procedures.
  • An understanding of property and construction maintenance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Offer

  • Salary between £40,000 and £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
