This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project in East London.

Your Role as Project Director Will Include:

* Leading the successful delivery of a major data centre project from construction through to commissioning and handover.
* Managing multidisciplinary project teams including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Commercial, Design and Site Delivery teams.
* Driving programme, budget, quality and health & safety performance across the project.
* Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

As A Project Director You Will Have:

* Previous experience as a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Construction Manager delivering major construction projects.
* Proven experience leading large-scale data centre, mission-critical, industrial, pharmaceutical or advanced manufacturing projects for a main contractor.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple disciplines and drive high-performing project teams.
* Full Right to Work in the UK.
