Data Center due to break ground in August 2026 in BELGIUM. International Main Contracting client are after someone to lead on site from piling through to commissioning.

As the leader on site you will provided executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight. Ideally you have complex technical engineering projects behind you.

Having worked for Main Contractors you understand the push pull on risk, program and engagement.

Your CV will clearly show stability and success handling multidisciplinary design-and-build projects in Europe. Following elements are crucial:

  • Leadership on site 
  • Commercial & Contractual management
  • Leadership & Mentoring
  • Stakeholder Management

Client have a strong foothold in the Technology Space across Europe.

Business pride themselves on being user friendly for clients in a non adversarial / contractual manner.

You will have the desire and ambition to make this your own, ability to drive the full scope through your team. Organization will not accept ego's so team players only please. 

You will be expected to make quick gut feeling decisions, this is where your experience kicks in.

Pay reviews and bonuses that can range up to 30% of your annual package.

  • Clear Educational & Technical experience in the Construction & Civil Engineering Field ( Main Contracting)
  • Clear experience handling major D&B Projects with complex MEP packages 
  • Flexible to demanding programs and project needs
  • 90% OF YOUR CAREER is working on a Permanent Basis 
  • You have been a No1 before , this is clear & EVIDENT in the CV 
  • Able to start employment before the 10th of August latest
