Project Director

Project Director or Operations Manager looking to sit on a Major Project and drive success and further awards off your teams delivery ability ?

We are seeking a leader that can motivate, drive and pull teams together.
 
Do you thrive on getting projects over the line , finding solutions to problems that arise and exceeding expectations. You will have the ability to prioritize workload and tasks. This will involve spinning multiple tasks and have the conviction to see things through and over the line whilst managing multiple stakeholders, designers and consultants.

We are supporting a Leading European Technology Main Contractor that turn over in excess of €2 Billion in this sector.

This role is based from site 2 Hrs drive from Oslo - Norway.

You will be responsible for:
✅ Resource planning & program delivery 
✅ Identifying risks and resolving and issues that arise 
✅ Developing strategies where required to hit strict deadlines on sites 
✅ Full life cycle ownerships from bid to final account

Key Requirements:
• Track record delivering building projects for recognized Main Contractors
• Strong leadership experience 
• Experience managing multiple workforces & project teams 
• Ability to make decisive decisions that could effect program
• You hold strong EI and have people skills 
• Capable to build QUICK and understand URGENCY

Package:
Basic salary range : €170,000 - 230,000 Gross 
Fully expensed accommodation
Flights to home country within Europe every 3–3.5 weeks (workload dependent)
Company car or car allowance
Performance bonus: 15–30% of salary
