Project Lead

An MEP Project Lead is required for a global, corporate account in the Southampton area.

This post is for an innovative, forward-thinking property firm with a huge array of opportunities to join to continuously evolve and progress.

The opportunity is to be at the helm of this account, to run the whole account from a strategic perspective, be accountable for the P&L (current value in excess of £5m) who will be extremely client facing and an excellent mentor to a team of 4-5 Project Managers. 

The ideal candidate will be at Senior Project Management level currently or Director level would suit.  

If you have previously been an MD of your own company or at senior equivalent level for an SME perhaps, you may suit this post very well.  Having overall responsibility for the performance of the company including developing the business plan and strategy for example. 

Typical purpose of this vacancy: 

• Lead your team in the safe delivery of projects.
• Have overall responsibility for generating a sales pipeline to deliver project revenue.
• Ensure all projects are secured and delivered on time and within the financial requirements and margins as specified by the business.

Business development through building solid client relationships is key to the success of this role.

Experience and expertise is highly valued here.
