A leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Leeds team.
This is an opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of residential new-build and refurbishment projects, with genuine ownership from inception through to completion.
The Role
- Managing residential projects throughout the full project lifecycle
- Acting as Employer’s Agent on behalf of clients
- Managing programmes, budgets, risks and project reporting
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and wider project teams
- Managing client relationships and project meetings
- Overseeing procurement and contract administration
About You
- Proven Project Management experience within a property/construction consultancy
- Previous experience acting as an Employer’s Agent – essential
- Strong experience across residential projects
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
- Ability to take ownership and manage projects independently
