Project Manager – CAT B Design & Build Fit-Out (Fast-Track Projects)
Location: London
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + package & commission

We are currently recruiting for a driven and commercially astute Project Manager to join a leading fit-out contractor specialising in CAT B Design & Build projects. This role will focus on delivering fast-track office fit-outs typically ranging from £2m – £6m, working with high-profile clients across London.

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of CAT B D&B projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver multiple CAT B Design & Build fit-out projects (£2m – £6m)
• Manage pre-construction input, design coordination, and project execution
• Oversee programme, cost management, and subcontractor performance
• Act as the main client interface throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering CAT B D&B fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of fast-track project environments
• Experience managing projects in the £2m – £6m range
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred)
