Having recently joined a larger group, the business is building a strong reputation within the renewable energy sector and has ambitious plans to significantly expand its operations. With a growing pipeline of commercial Solar PV projects and a clear focus on continued growth, they are looking for motivated individuals who want to play a key role in a business preparing to boom.
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing commercial Solar PV projects from handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, to budget and to the required standards
* Coordinating subcontractors, labour, materials and procurement throughout the project lifecycle
* Overseeing health and safety, compliance, site coordination and snagging
* Acting as the central point of coordination between design, technical teams, subcontractors and clients
The successful Project Manager should have:
* Strong project delivery, coordination and site-management experience within electrical, construction, M&E, engineering or a similar environment
* An electrical bias or experience working on electrical installation, renewable energy or Solar PV projects is highly desirable
* Experience managing subcontractors and external stakeholders rather than carrying out installation work directly
* Strong commercial awareness, organisation and communication skills with the ability to manage projects independently
