As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to drive performance and achieve project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage civil construction projects from planning through to completion
  • Develop and manage project programs, budgets, and forecasts
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality requirements
  • Monitor progress and address risks, variations, and delays
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and senior management
  • Prepare and report on project performance, costs, and timelines

About You

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction
  • Strong knowledge of civil works (e.g. earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience
  • Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
