The Role As the Project Manager (Electrical Bias), you'll:
- Manage electrical and engineering projects from initial planning through to completion.
- Lead project teams and oversee contractors and subcontractors.
- Manage project budgets, programmes and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate plant, equipment, materials and procurement requirements.
- Produce and review technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
- Oversee testing and commissioning activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental and CDM regulations.
- Provide regular project updates, highlighting progress, risks and commercial considerations.
- Proven experience managing Electrical, Engineering or Construction projects.
- A strong electrical or building services background.
- Experience managing project budgets and contractor performance.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
- Experience reviewing technical documentation and overseeing testing and commissioning.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Healthcare or industrial project experience would be advantageous.
- Competitive salary of £50,000-£55,000.
