This is a 12-month contract paying £450 per day inside IR35, with responsibility for lifecycle works, asset condition, remedial works, compliance and transition planning through to successful handback.
The Role
As the Project Manager – PFI Expiry, you will:
- Manage projects and workstreams associated with PFI contract expiry and handback.
- Oversee lifecycle, remedial and asset condition works.
- Coordinate contractors and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage compliance requirements and transition planning.
- Monitor programme, commercial and financial performance.
- Support a smooth and compliant handback across a complex estate.
To be successful as the Project Manager – PFI Expiry, you’ll have:
- Strong Project Management experience within Facilities Management.
- Proven experience working with PFI contracts.
- Previous PFI expiry, handback or exit programme experience.
- Good knowledge of lifecycle and asset management.
- Experience managing contractors across complex estates.
- Strong commercial, financial and programme management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
