An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the groundworks and civil engineering package on a prestigious £130 million new-build data centre in Brent Cross.

Working for one of London's leading groundworks contractors, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of all associated enabling, groundworks and infrastructure works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

The Role:

• Lead and manage the complete groundworks & civils package.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors and engineers.
• Manage programme, quality, commercial performance and HSEQ.
• Liaise closely with the client & main contractor.
• Drive project delivery through to successful completion.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale groundworks and civil engineering projects.
• Previous experience working for a leading groundworks or civil engineering contractor.
• Strong leadership, communication and client management skills.
• Ideally, you'll have successfully delivered major projects such as data centres, industrial developments, logistics hubs or other large-scale infrastructure schemes.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected contractor on one of London's flagship projects, with approximately 18 months of secured work and the chance to play a key role in the delivery of a landmark development.
