Weโre looking for a strong, site-based Project Manager to take ownership of an ongoing project for a major blue-chip client in the North East.
The scheme is well progressed, with remaining works including second fix, lighting, M&E, fit-out and specialist installation works within a large industrial facility.
This is less about standing on site with a clipboard and more about genuinely driving the job.
As Project Manager, youโll need to manage subcontractors, programme, H&S, quality and client expectations โ and be comfortable dealing with a demanding corporate client where process, communication and diplomacy matter just as much as delivery.

โข Strong Project Manager / Senior Site Manager background
โข Excellent client-facing skills
โข Very strong Health & Safety
โข Experience working within structured processes and procedures
โข Able to be firm without creating a diplomatic incident
โข Industrial, logistics, distribution or major fit-out experience ideal
Initial requirement is around 3 months, with substantial follow-on work planned and potential for the rightย Project Manager to remain involved well into 2027.
This needs someone who can walk onto a live job, get hold of it quickly and make everyone feel like thereโs a plan.
