Project Manager – Industrial & Logistics

Warrington | Permanent | Up to £95,000 + Package

We’re working with a Tier 1 contractor who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a £42m industrial & logistics scheme in Warrington.

This is a fast-paced project and a great opportunity for a PM who has already delivered large-scale industrial & logistics projects and is looking for their next challenge with a major contractor.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the project, working closely with the Senior Project Manager, Commercial team, Design team and site delivery team.

You’ll be involved across:

• Managing the project from pre-construction through to completion
• Programme, sequencing and delivery
• Managing subcontractors and supply chain
• Design coordination and buildability
• Commercial awareness and cost control
• Client and stakeholder management
• Health & safety and quality
• Progress reporting and project meetings
• Managing risk, change and project issues

About You

We're specifically looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Previous experience delivering industrial & logistics projects
• Experience working on large-scale projects, ideally £30m+
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery, programme and subcontractor management
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive a project forward

This is a genuine I&L requirement, so previous industrial/logistics experience is essential.
