Project Manager in Kenyon, Warrington

CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for a Project Mnager on behalf of our client based in Warrington, WA3 AREA.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with projects at the feasibility and concept stages, providing supportive project leadership during design

• Work with our inhouse engineers and designers to review drawings, specifications, risks and constructability considerations

• Identify technical or programme risks early and feed these into mitigation strategies

• Attend design reviews, planning meetings, and client engagement sessions.

• Develop project plans, schedules, risk registers and resource requirements

• Coordinate with external bodies including Local Authorities, DNOs/IDNOs and other industry stakeholders to secure approvals

• Ensure pre-construction documentation is accurate, complete, and consistent.

• Work closely with our inhouse Design Team to enable a seamless, structured and documented handover from design to delivery

• Ensure construction teams have clear visibility of design intent, risk profiles, programme constraints and required interfaces

• Support Service Delivery in preparing for mobilisation and start on site.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Payrate: Competetive salary
