A leading Tier 1 infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-profile, secure infrastructure programme near Glasgow. This is a long-term opportunity to work within a highly regulated environment, delivering complex construction and infrastructure works on a nationally significant project. Responsibilities
- Manage the safe and successful delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
- Ensure programme, budget and quality targets are achieved.
- Drive health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Manage client relationships and project reporting.
- Coordinate design, procurement and construction activities.
- Administer and manage NEC contracts.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within major infrastructure or construction projects.
- Active SC Clearance is essential.
- Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor or major infrastructure JV environment.
- Strong NEC contract knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Previous experience on major civils, highways, rail, nuclear, utilities or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- £450 - £500 per day Inside IR35
- Long-term contract with strong potential for extension.
- Opportunity to work on a major secure infrastructure programme.
