Rate: £450-£550/Day Ltd (DOE)
Location: Norfolk
Length of Contract: 6 months initially, potential to extend to 10 months

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale converter station project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major infrastructure scheme, taking responsibility for construction delivery and coordinating multiple packages of work across the site.

Job Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee construction activities from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements. You will manage site teams and subcontractors, coordinate construction packages, monitor progress and work closely with engineering, commercial and project teams throughout delivery.

The role will have a strong construction focus, with involvement across civils, structural steelwork, cladding and associated infrastructure.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Project Manager position within major construction, civil engineering or energy infrastructure projects
• Previous converter station experience
• Strong main contractor or civils contractor background
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple construction packages
• Experience with structural steelwork and cladding would be advantageous
• Strong programme and project delivery experience
• Valid SMSTS
• Valid CSCS Card
• Strong leadership and communication skills

We are interviewing for this position immediately, with an initial 6-month contract and the potential to extend to approximately 10 months.
