Project Manager – High-End Residential | 12-Month Contract | ASAP Start

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering high-end residential projects to join our client on a 12-month contract, starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the No. 1 on site, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of high-end residential projects.
• Manage all site operations, labour, subcontractors, and daily activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead all Health & Safety activities and produce weekly progress reports.
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, architects, and design teams.
• Manage project programming, planning, and design coordination.
• Oversee quality control, snagging, handovers, and practical completion.
• Drive programme performance while maintaining exceptional workmanship and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven Project Manager experience delivering high-end residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction and finishes.
• Excellent client-facing, leadership, and project coordination skills.
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS Card

Contract:
