Our client is an established and growing main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across London and the Home Counties. Operating across a diverse range of sectors, they have built a strong reputation for delivering projects safely, on time and to an exceptional standard.
Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their successful delivery team.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with site teams, consultants and subcontractors, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, within budget, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to successful completion.
- Produce, monitor and maintain detailed construction programmes.
- Prepare and manage Information Release Schedules (IRS).
- Coordinate and manage the design team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Manage project risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Oversee site teams and provide strong leadership throughout delivery.
- Monitor project performance and report progress to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Drive quality throughout every stage of the construction process.
- Proven experience working as a Project Manager for a UK main contractor.
- Experience delivering reinforced concrete (RC) frame projects is highly desirable.
- Strong experience producing and managing construction programmes.
- Previous experience preparing and managing Information Release Schedules (IRS).
- Ability to successfully manage design teams through all project stages.
- Experience working for medium-sized main contractors with an annual turnover between approximately £20m and £150m.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Salary of £80,000 - £85,000
