About the Role
Our client is a leading high-end residential main contractor delivering some of London's most prestigious refurbishment, restoration and bespoke new build projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering luxury residential schemes to the highest standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys managing complex, design-led projects where quality is paramount.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-end residential projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Lead refurbishment, extension, basement and bespoke new build projects.
- Manage programmes, budgets and project delivery.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and direct labour.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout construction.
- Build strong relationships with private clients, architects and interior designers.
- Chair site and progress meetings.
- Monitor project risks and implement solutions proactively.
- Ensure all health & safety requirements are met.
- Manage procurement alongside the commercial team.
- Produce regular progress reports.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
- Manage project documentation and quality inspections.
- Support successful project handovers.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager.
- Extensive high-end residential experience is essential.
- Experience delivering luxury refurbishments and bespoke homes.
- Strong understanding of premium finishes and detailing.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
