Working exclusively with my client, I’m seeking an experienced Enabling Works Project Manager to deliver demolition, RC frame and basement projects worth up to £10M across Central London (Zones 1 & 2).
As an Enabling Works Project Manager, strong planning, programming and logistical management skills are essential for delivering complex projects in challenging, space-restricted environments.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll lead site teams, manage project delivery, costs and programmes, and play a key role within the senior management team of a successful, privately owned contractor.

My client is a £150M+ privately owned enabling works contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across the City, with packages reaching £35M.

About the benefits and rewards:
- Salary: £85,000 – £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability.

- Sector experience: Strong background in demolition and general enabling works, including demolition, substructure and superstructure.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, standard email systems and Asta Powerproject for planning and programming.
