Hunters' client is a growing and highly regarded commercial fit-out and refurbishment specialist, looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from the initial enquiry through to completion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being involved in the detail, getting out on site and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Project Manager - The Role
You'll take responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, including:
  • Managing projects from initial enquiry and site survey through to completion and handover.
  • Visiting sites, assessing requirements and developing practical project solutions.
  • Preparing quotations, estimates, costings and project proposals.
  • Coordinating materials, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams to keep projects on programme.
  • Managing budgets, costs, variations, quality and overall project delivery.
Project Manager - About You
We're looking for someone with a solid background in commercial construction, fit-out, refurbishment and interiors, who is confident managing projects and dealing with the commercial side of the work.
  • Experience with estimating, surveying, quotations and project costing.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and variations.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage several projects at different stages.
  • A practical, hands-on approach and confidence working both on site and with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • The ability to work independently, make decisions and take full ownership of projects.
