Project Manager

The role will be focused on delivering fit-out projects across London, with the successful candidate taking responsibility for projects from initial quotation and pricing through to completion and handover. We are looking for someone who is confident in all aspects of project management, including estimating, client liaison, programme management, subcontractor coordination.

The position will be based In Basildon (Head office) , although regular travel to sites across London will be required. The ideal candidate will be professional, client-facing, and comfortable building strong relationships with both clients and site teams.

Standard working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional weekend work required to support project delivery. In addition, Project Managers may be required to travel within Europe from time to time when overseas projects arise, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are important aspects of the role.

Overall, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from start to finish and adapt to the varied nature of our work, we appreciate that finding candidates with both estimating and project management experience can be a challenge. Whilst experience in both areas would be ideal, our client would still be happy to consider a strong Project Manager who has no previous quoting or estimating experience, provided they have the right project management skills and experience.
