Project Manager - High-end Residential

Our client base is continuously looking for experienced Project Manager's to join their dynamic residential contractor companies based in and around Central and South West London. These roles typically involve overseeing multiple high-spec residential refurbishment projects between 2-3 projects at one time, typically valued between £500k-£5mil. Our clients value people with experience driving delivery from pre-construction through to handover, and acting as the key link between directors, clients, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously.
• Lead project delivery from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to directors and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of project processes within the business.

The Ideal Project Manager Will Have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction (contractor or D&B).
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Happy to travel between the office and mutliple sites across London's luxury postcodes.
• Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to grow within a fast-scaling building and construction business.
• Represent the business professionally with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating ownership of projects while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with the broader team.

Job Details:

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Central / North West / South West London

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (DOE)
