A growing construction consultancy in London is looking for a Project Manager to join their close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager, or a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to step up, to work across a varied project portfolio including residential schemes, private members' clubs, and other high-quality developments.

The Project Manager will support the delivery of projects from early stages through to completion, with a particular focus on Contract Administrator and Employer's Agent duties. This Project Manager role would suit a loyal, committed, and ambitious Project Manager who is looking to build a long-term career with a supportive consultancy. The successful Project Manager will be trusted to work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior team members while developing their technical project delivery experience.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.



The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will assist with the delivery of residential, hospitality, private members' club, and mixed-use projects across London.

The Project Manager will help with Contract Administrator and Employer's Agent duties, including preparing meeting notes, issuing instructions, managing project documentation, tracking programmes, reviewing progress, supporting valuations, and helping to administer JCT contracts.

The Project Manager will also attend client and site meetings, liaise with contractors and consultants, monitor project risks, and support senior colleagues with reporting, cost control, design coordination, and project delivery.

This is a hands-on Project Manager position suited to someone who wants responsibility, variety, and the chance to grow within a committed consultancy environment.



The Project Manager

The successful Project Manager will have:

  • Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
  • Experience as a Project Manager or a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to progress
  • Exposure to Contract Administrator and/or Employer's Agent duties
  • Residential project experience, with members' clubs, hospitality, or high-end fit out experience beneficial
  • A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a similar construction-related subject
  • Knowledge of JCT contracts
  • MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards a relevant professional qualification
  • Strong communication, organisation, and client-facing skills
  • A loyal, committed, and professional approach to their work
