A leading construction consultancy in London is looking for a Project Manager to join its established commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with strong commercial project experience to work on landmark developments for a wide range of occupiers, investors, developers, and landlords across the capital.

The Project Manager will take a key role in delivering commercial projects from inception through to completion, working alongside experienced Project Managers, Directors, and multidisciplinary teams. This Project Manager role would suit a confident Project Manager who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating project teams, and delivering high-quality office, refurbishment, and fit out projects. The successful Project Manager will join a collaborative commercial team with an excellent reputation for delivering complex schemes across London.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.



The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will manage a variety of commercial construction projects, including office developments, CAT A and CAT B fit outs, refurbishments, landlord works, and occupier-led schemes.

The Project Manager will be responsible for programme management, procurement, consultant coordination, contract administration, risk management, project reporting, stakeholder engagement, and contractor management throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project Manager will chair project meetings, monitor project performance, manage project risks, and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.



The Project Manager

The successful Project Manager will have:

  • Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
  • Strong commercial project experience
  • Experience delivering office, fit out, refurbishment, landlord, or occupier projects
  • A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a similar construction-related discipline
  • MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards a relevant professional qualification
  • Good knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial project delivery
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and client-facing skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • A proactive and commercially focused approach
